Procedure for submitting Artisanals and Bardics.

I've had a few inquiries about submitting Artisanal and Bardic entries, so hopefully this will clear things up.

Once you've logged into the website, go to 'www.imperian.com/artbard'. To submit a new artisanal or written work, click the appropriate link. You then need to upload your file or paste your written text into the main body. Give the piece a title and make sure (for bardics) the formatting looks correct.

Once you've done this, you can select either to submit as a Draft or as a Review. If you select Draft (which is the default), it will NOT be submitted and will remain in "Your Submissions" for personal review. Any pieces left in a Draft state will NOT be judged. You must change the page to the 'Review' state and press 'Save' in order for it to be reviewed and be in the running for credit prizes. To do so, go to 'http://www.imperian.com/submissions' (accessible via the standard artbard page) and click on the piece. Click the "Workflow" tab and change it to "Review", then click "Submit". Any comments are optional. You can switch back and forth between Review and Draft freely, but please note anything in the Draft state at closing (23:59 on the 30th of September) will not be judged.

You may only submit one Artisanal OR one Bardic as a player. This means you cannot submit an Artisanal on your main, and a Bardic on an alt.

If anyone has further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you, and good luck!

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…
