The Cloak of Obfuscate.

A slight update to the Cloak of Obfuscate artifact:

If you have the Cloak and the Camouflage ability in Trailblazing, using the SHROUD command will no longer cause the defence to wear off after forty minutes as it is equivalent to the Camouflage ability, which does not wear off.

For as long as you have the Camouflage ability in Trailblazing (active, not switched out) you will essentially have the Cloak of Obfuscate artifact perk for free. Note that you will still be able to purchase it if you attempt to do so.
