Bug fixes

I have fixed a variety of bugs and other problems, including:

General
-------

- All skills are now capped at a Transcendent rank - this makes no differences usually, but it should resolve some problems with truefavours boosting skills beyond that rank

- As always, fixed some typos


Aspects
-------

- Failed GAZE attempts should no longer use mana

- WARP should now correctly ignore disconnected rooms


Bowmanship
----------

- Hookshot should now be showing a message if it hits a prismatic barrier


Chivalry/Brutality
------------------

- RUSH with a two-handed weapon no longer targets limbs


Crystalism
----------

- The PAUSE vibration is no longer moved by Focus

- The PAUSE vibration now correctly disables all the vibes in the room belonging to its owner


Devotion
--------

- Deliverance no longer uses titles

- Lastrites now correctly requires equilibrium


Elemancy
--------

- Opening a channel while it's already open no longer triggers surges

- Same for Chargeshield

- Casting Aerial will no longer lose following players who are capable of flying


Knifeplay
---------

- Fixed an oversight that was causing newly made color sitaras to have worse stats than white ones; existing sitaras have not been altered


Necromancy
----------

- SENSE now always takes equilibrium upon failure, not only if the target is actually online

- Failed ANIMATE attempts no longer take mana

- The artidrop promotion no longer works with animated mobiles


Noctu
-----

- WINDOW now always takes equilibrium upon failure, not only if the target is actually online


Predation
---------

- Fixed a problem that was causing Predator poison to not propagate correctly

- If calotropis is triggered by eating a toadstool, it now properly consumes toadstool balance rather than plant balance


Runelore
--------

- Sketching a rune into a circle is now always an aggressive action

- Ground runes should now work properly if the target has been hit by one recently


Sabotage
--------

- EVADE no longer errorneously costs balance if it fails due to piety or a similar effect

- You can no longer phase while already phased


Shadowbinding
-------------

- Apparitions should now have the same gender as their owner

- Projection no longer loses following players and mobiles


Smithing
--------

- Adding items to a forge now correctly requires balance


Taekate
-------

- I've lifted a restriction that was causing Bodyblock to not fire on the second hit of attacks such as DSL - the restriction still applies to Pinchblock


Tarot
-----

The Justice tarot should no longer be displaying incorrect room messages


Telepathy
---------

- Mind Terror, Drain, Amnesia, Batter, Disrupt now correctly generate kai

- Kainet is no longer considered an aggressive action


Toxins
------

- Added a missing help for AB TOXINS TOXICOLOGY


Wardance
--------

- BACKFLIP is now affected by Doubletime


Warding
-------

- BEASTBANE now notifies the owner of the slain entity

- BASHIMPALE once again checks target's status properly

- Balance loss from Footsmash is now capped at 5 seconds
