Shops and Tradeskills

- I've lowered some of the restrictions I had on plant products. You should be now able to cache things such as feathers.

- As a few of you have asked, an artifact is now available (a vorpal key) that will expand the cache to 4000 comms.

- Fixed the prestige / pickup fee on tradeskills.

- Fixed the appearance problems with how blueprints were showing up in your inventory and messages.
