Autocuring adjustments

Some autocuring adjustments:

- Autocuring can pull arrows now. Sorry Wardens!

- AUTOCURING AFFLICTIONS ON|OFF is now available - if disabled, affliction curing will not be attempted (the manual queue described below will still work)

- A curing queue is now available (type AUTOCURING by itself for syntaxes). This replaces the AUTOCURING USE functionality and allows you to specify multiple cures, which will then be executed after you have gotten all the necessary balances.
