Adjustments to colorized names

Two adjustments to the changes loaded yesterday:

- CONFIG COLORNAMES ON/OFF now determines whether you see the colorized names in attack messages - places that were showing the names colorized before are not affected

- The $ME token can now be used to insert your name into these abilities: Illusion(Elemancy), Feign(Thespia), Globe(Artistry), Creator(Tarot), and Hallucinate(Telepathy)
