Bug fixes and other adjustments

I have loaded a new batch of bug fixes and other adjustments, specifically:

Various
-------

- The in-arena enemy list is now only applied on targets who are also in the arena, people outside the arena will continue being affected by the primary enemy list of the individual. This fixes a problem that was causing out-of-arena traps, shop ally lists, and similar effects to behave incorrectly while their owner was in the arena

- You can no longer commit reserves while dead

- Mass is no longer removed when switching professions

- When raising a shrine, willpower will no longer be used up until the shrine has been actually erected

- You can no longer add an exit in a house if it would overwrite an existing exit in the target room

- Killing yourself no longer awards achievement completions that it shouldn't

- Guildfavour messages no longer include titles

- I have updated the list of environments that allow digging and burrowing - if there is any environment left that allows it but shouldn't, or doesn't but should, please report it in the usual way

- Plus various typo fixes and help file adjustments


Aspects
-------

- You can no longer use GAZE while dead


Chivalry
--------

- The defence message for DEFEND no longer includes titles


Devotion
--------

- Devotion gained in the hourly regen will not be lost if you are in the arena at that time


Enslavery
---------

- When a demon is banished by an orb sigil, its owner will now be notified about it if he's not in the same room


Groves
------

- Ongoing grove abilities (Naturewatch, Exorcise, Dampen, and so on) will now be disabled when switching away from the Druid profession

- FLAIL QUARTERSTAFF will work correctly regardless of capitalisation


Hunting
-------

- In the next part of the neverending impale-dragging saga, dragging impaled targets should work correctly once again


Kanai
-----

Fanatism can now be targetted against any player, not only those currently in the room


Knifeplay
---------

- Circling and spacing will be removed upon death


Naturalism
----------

- You can no longer plant trees in rooms affected by GROVE OVERGROWTH


Necromancy
----------

- Possessed demons will be correctly removed if their owner switches to the Diabolist profession

- Essence gained in the hourly regen will not be lost if you are in the arena at that time


Noctu
-----

- Sanguis gained in the hourly regen will not be lost if you are in the arena at that time


Predation
---------

- Decayed heirlooms will be properly removed from the heirloom list, instead of being replaced by whichever item gets the same number next


Sabotage
--------

- You can no longer take items from containers on the ground while phased

- You can no longer summon a new cobra if your existing one is collared and dead, as you'd otherwise end up with two

- HIDE and EMERGE can now be used while phased


Taming
------

- Pet commands that work at a distance will now prioritise the matching pet that is not in a stable or kennel, if you have multiple pets of the same type

- Being asleep or dead will now interrupt the pet training process

- Pets will no longer return or deliver items if they are killed while moving


Tarot
-----

- The WHEEL card can no longer be used in the arena


Tattoos
-------

- Fixed a problem causing the CHAMELEON tattoo effect to never end if the tattoo is wiped


Thespia
-------

- The Harp of Harmonies should now show correct genders in third-party messages

- PURSUE/HUNT is now correctly disabled when switching professions


Weaponry
--------

- DECAPITATE will no longer take balance if used against invalid targets
