Cardtable Updates

Cardtables have been getting quick updates based on feedback:

- Card names were coloured to match their graphical representation.
- All cards are now shown when cards are dealt to the table.
- Few bugs in the hand evaluator, it appears I was using a different version of rapture when I coded this up. This is now reconciled!
- Two new CONFIG CARDTABLE options. PICTURES and AUTOSHUFFLE.
- Nogba Snap is now an graphical game. No more triggers, cheaters!
- Messages have been tweaked.

There are probably others that I have forgotten to mention. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions feel free to message me.
