Config healthinfo/manainfo

Greetings!

The configuration option showing damage information has been renamed to HEALTHINFO, and it now notifies you about recovered health, not only lost health. Additionally, I have added a new MANAINFO configuration option, which does the same for mana. The latter one likely isn't something that you'd want to keep active all the time, but it should be quite useful for experimenting.

In other news, I have fixed the remaining problems with the Hunter impale dragging, as well as a nasty bug that was causing the ATTACK command to hit with full combos in retardation.
