Arena queue adjustments

I have made two adjustments to the arena queue:

- Manhunts are now available (JOIN QUEUE MANHUNT)

- If you use JOIN QUEUE without specifying a game to play, it will be interpreted as a request to play a random game, not a Free-For-All. If the "random game" option is picked when starting the event, the resulting game will be randomly picked from all the arena games that are available through the arena queue.
