AB list improvements

The lists of abilities, as shown by the AB <skill> command, now support MXP. If your client supports the protocol, you should now have clickable links in the list. The SKILLS command itself doesn't include clickable links yet, these will also be added within the next few days.

Additionally, if your skills have been increased by a Divine blessing, abilities gained due to the blessing will be shown in a different color now. This should remove the confusion due to the abilities disappearing upon the blessing ending.

These changes required substantial modifications to the relevant code, if yuou notice any problems (most notably some abilities missing from the list), please report the problem using the BUG command.
