Obelisks: more changes

More obelisk-related changes:

- Attempts to enter an obelisk or outpost will no longer be blocked by flooding or similar effects in the target room

- You can now ENTER OBELISK/OUTPOST [NORTH/EAST/SOUTH/WEST/CENTER]. This will cause you to enter the structure at the location of your choice. If you do not specify a valid location, you will end up in a random room.
