- New command: ARTIFACT LIST OWNED - lists all your artifacts and their
current location

- You can now BECKON ARTIFACTS. This will recall all your artifacts
except for collared pets, flasks that are placed on a shelf and some
special artifacts that cannot be picked up

- You can also BECKON ARTIFACT <item number>. This will recall a single
artifact, and will also work on flasks. Pets and unpickable artifacts
cannot be beckoned.

- The RUNES command has been reworked, its output should be easier to
read now

- Setting prices in a shop should now always work reliably

- Price of an item can now be set to 0; doing so removes the item from
being offered for sale

- The GTS guild channel is now only available to guild leaders,
secretaries, and those with guild rank 10 or higher

- Leaving a guild as a novice will now remove your title

- Upon leaving an organization, projects assigned to you will no longer
be wiped; they will instead be set to having no leader

- CITY GUARD LIST looks slightly differently now, ensuring that guard
IDs are always visible

- HOUSE ROOMS will now include purchased add-ons, if any

- HELP GUILDRANKS will now always include all 20 ranks within your
guild, allowing you to see which is which

- Fixed some typos
