Hello everyone!

I have implemented a new arena event - team free-for-alls. As the name
suggests, it is a team-based free-for-all, the last team with members
left in the arena wins.

Unlike the annual tournament version of 5v5 freeforalls, there is no
need to create teams in advance. You simply JOIN TEAMFFA <arena> and off
you go. If the person initializing the event allowed it, you can
optionally also pick the team that you want to be in - JOIN TEAMFFA
<arena> RED, for example. This will be stated in the event announcement.

If you don't (or can't) pick a team, you will be auto-assigned to a
team. The event will try to balance out the teams based on the might of
its members - or more specifically, based on what the TIER command says.
While not perfect, this should provide more balanced teams than a simple
assignation by number of players in each team.

Currently, the event is only available in the Coliseum. There should be
some testing events running every now and then, and cities and councils
also have the option of purchasing the event for their arenas. If
interested, the leader of a city/council should contact Dranor regarding
setting up the event. A fee of 2 million gold applies.

Setting up the event is explained in HELP CULTURE, but as a brief
summary, ARENA SETUP <arena> TEAMS <count> will set the number of teams
participating in the event (from 2 to 4) and ARENA SETUP <arena>
TEAMASSIGN <ON/OFF> will set whether the players are auto-assigned into
teams, or whether they can pick the team to be in.


In addition to this, I have also implemented some supporting
functionality:

AT <message> will allow you to communicate with other team members in
the arena. Obviously, this will only work during team-based events
(currently team spars and team FFAs).

QUIT ARENA will allow you to leave the arena before the event is over,
should you need to. This will work in all arena events. It will not work
in arena duels and team arena spars, however.
