Imperian will be holding a Capture-the-Flag contest between the cities
and councils on Sunday, January 17th, at 01:00 GMT. For most of you in
the United States, that will be Saturday evening. The CTF will last for
2 hours. Please read HELP CTF for more information.

The city with the highest number of points gets first choice from the
following four prizes, while second, third, and fourth place get the
subsequent choices. The last two losing cities get nothing.

Restoration Fountain
----------------------
- Currently held by Kinsarmar and named "the Duchy's Rebirth".
- Cures all afflictions, and can be drunk from as often as one
wants.

Healing Fountain
------------------
- Currently held by Stavenn and named "the Fountain of Sukhder".
- Heals all health, mana, willpower, and endurance, but can only
be used once per day.

Foreman Rozri
---------------
- Currently held by Celidon.
- Increases the generation of rare comms in refinery.

Lunar Pylon
-------------
- Currently held by Antioch.
- Grants one of three beneficial lunar auras when walked through.
- Auras will last until midnight each night, when a new one can
be gained.

Each city/council leader should send me a message prior to the end of
the CTF with a list, in desired order, of the prizes they would want
should their city/council place.
