More skill-related bugfixes

I have completed another set of mostly skill-related bugfixes:

General
-------

- Fixed a rare problem causing toadstool balance to never be regained

- Inhume will work correctly now if a loyal mobile gets the killing blow

- Assassin jobs will now be correctly handled if a loyal mobile gets the
killing blow

- Fixed a problem causing assassin jobs to complete in the arena


Groves
------

- Fixed a problem with GROVE SHAKE being entirely stopped by levitation

- Effects of GROVE MAELSTROM should now be correctly confined to the
area where the grove is located, instead of following the Druid around;
if the problems persist, please report them


Toxins
------

- Preparing toxins in the arena will no longer use up venoms

- You can no longer preserve toxins in the arena

- Fixed a problem with venom vials becoming unusable after being emptied
by preparing a toxin

- Fixed a problem causing afflict messages of some toxins to be
concealed by blackout

- Reduced the randomness of the effect of the Botulinum toxin, it should
be hiting somewhat more reliably now


Trailblazing
------------

- PURSUE will no longer bypass the Veil artifact

- APPLY BANDAGES will now properly check for restrictions when used on
yourself

- Those with the Toxins specialisation will no longer receive the
DIAMOND ability

- Improved parsing for the SCOUT ability, SCOUT AREA [pattern] will now
work

- ETHERSENSE will work correctly now

- You can no longer use longshot and meteor arrows while in a campground

- Hunters/Outriders attempting to use Track while not in an Eagle/Wyvern
bond will be informed that STALK is the correct command for them

- Track/Stalk will no longer use partial word matching when looking for
mobiles - "track guard" will no longer match Seraphic guardians, for
example

- Attempting to use PROWLING will only work if you are camouflaged, as
the defence does not work otherwise

- Using PROWLING without parameters will inform you about its syntax now

- Camouflage will be properly cleared when switching professions

- Docents will now be able to successfully follow those using
Camouflage/Elusiveness

- Fixed wrong gender in the RIDEBYSHOT message

- The Encampment AB help now states the correct amount of wood

- Added missing punctuation to the WATCH messages

- Added missing capitalisation to one of the Track/Stalk messages


Vodun
-----

- Fixed a problem causing LEECH to give experience even if you were not
wielding the doll

- Fixed a problem causing LISTEN to work even if you were not wielding
the doll

- OBLITERATE will now be stopped if the Vodun user is moved to another
room

- Curseward will correctly prevent the second hit of DOLLCURSE now

- Fixed a typo in the room message of LEECH

- Fixed a typo in one of the Vodun learning messages


Voice
-----

- You will no longer hear those using Hukui if you are deaf without
mindseye or a similar ability

- Voice abilities will no longer drain mana if they fail due to the bard
being graced


Warding
-------

- Fixed a problem causing STRANGLE to not be cleared properly when it is
interrupted

- STRANGLE will now always show a message to the target when it is
interrupted

- You can no longer be strangled by two or more people at the same time

- PIERCELIMB will no longer cause damage if it's parried

- Fixed a problem causing some Warding attack to not disable DEFLECT
where appropriate

- Fixed a problem causing the second strike of FEND to cause damage even
if it missed

- You will no longer see the LONGTOSS message if you are indoors

- RAKE will now display the correct message when it rebounds

- FLINTLIGHT message will correctly include the glaive's name now

- Fixed a typo in the message about ARROWCATCHING being already off


Weaponry
--------

- You can no longer start wielding items in a broken or paralysed arm

- Fixed some other problems related to the wielding code as well

- You can now DRAW weapons using its number or indited name

- If you have both thin and thick toxins, ENVENOM will now correctly use
the thin one for everything except sitaras

- Fixed one of the messages when behead is stopped

- SHEATH will now display the correct message when trying to sheath a
weapon that is not wielded

This concludes my work on skill-related fixes, at least for now. As for
what I will be doing next - wait and see!
