Summer Slaughter

This weekend, IRE will be hosting a Summer Slaughter, a 48-hour contest
to see just how much killing you can do. Starting on Friday, July 3rd,
at 23:59 GMT, until Sunday, July 5th, we will be offering double
experience for all bashing and quest experience you gain. Yes, you heard
it right. DOUBLE EXPERIENCE!

But that's not all. We're also going to be holding a contest to see who
can kill the most creatures. Each creature in Imperian will be worth a
certain number of points. The stronger a creature is, the more points it
will be worth. The weakest creatures are worth 1, and the strongest
creatures are worth 5. The values from the Great Hunts we've held like
this in the past have been changed a bit, and far more creatures will be
worth more than 1 point.

Every person who gains 250 kill points throughout the duration of the
event will win 10 bound credits!

In addition, the top killers will earn bonus credit prizes. The prizes
will be:

1st place - 500 credits
2nd place - 450 credits
3rd place - 400 credits

...

9th place - 100 credits
10th place - 50 credits

I will unfortunately be away from Imperian for the duration of the
event, but Avasyu has assured me that he will be on hand to start the
event.

All complaints, questions, and comments can go to Avasyu. All praises,
thanks, and offerings of cakes and pies, naturally, go to me.

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Vita, in the year 583 AD.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
