Skill-related fixes C-E

Another set of fixes has been finished and activated:

General
-------

- Fixed a problem causing stone and metal pipes to decide that they are
a lantern

- Mobiles will no longer transfix through blindness. If their target has
blindness active, they will strip it instead.

- Fixed a problem with some unafflict messages not being visible through
blackout


Chivalry
--------

- Fixed the direction displayed in a failed barge attempt


Cooking
-------

- Fixed a problem causing eating of multi-message food to restart from
the first message frequently


Crystalism
----------

- Fixed a problem with the CREEPS vibe sometimes hiting multiple times

- ADDUCTION will no longer pull people through one-way exits, such as
those leading from the skies, aspect rooms, and so on

- Attunement will now be restored to its previous level after leaving
the arena

- Fixed a problem that was causing vibes created in demonic or
anti-magick areas to last longer than they should have


Devotion
--------

- DELIVERANCE will no longer use up devotion if the target is not in the
area

- DELIVERANCE will take equilibrium if the target is massed

- CONSECRATION will now correctly be stopped if you are moved to another
room

- fixed a rare bug causing an ongoing IMBIBE process to become uprooting
in the middle

- fixed a problem that was causing rites created in anti-magick areas to
last shorter than they should have

- BLOODSWORN will now remember whom you last were bloodsworn with, and
attempts to bloodswear with that person again will work even if it's not
yet a new in-game year. This was done so that you don't have to wait if
you switch to a different profession and back, and want to bloodswear
with the same person again.

- Fixed a problem causing the rite of PRAYER to include novices, even
though the AB file says they are ignored


Elemancy
--------

- GUST will no longer display a wrong message to its target, also added
a missing newline to one of its messages

- UNFORM will no longer use mana if you aren't in any form

- AERIAL will no longer work if the caster is prone

- CONVERGENCE started in the arena will no longer complete outside of it


Engineering
-----------

- Fixed spelling when inspecting gate damage

- Fixed a wrong message when being dragged by a bolt

- Catapults and trebuchets now ignore one-way exits when determining
whether the target is in range

- You will no longer see rocks flying if you are indoors

- Setting a timebomb will correctly display seconds in the resulting
message

- Steel mallets will now also affect disassembly and reassembly times

- AB ENGINEERING RAM now mentions that rams can be disassembled and
reassembled


Enslavery
---------

- Doppleganger attacks will no longer trigger kai deliverance

- You can not attack using the doppleganger if it's in the same room as
you

- fixed a typo in AB ENSLAVERY LYNCANTHA

- CALL ENTITIES will stop the demonic hound from continuing to track
down its target


Evileye
-------

- Using the ASTHMA evileye will now display only the correct message to
the target if it stripped fitness
