Aspect Changes

The Aspect changes are finally done. Here is the list of changes:

- All current Aspects may now re-choose their Aspect type.

- Controlling a monolith will no longer take a random amount of
time. It will now take a set amount of time. No more 15 second
or 15 minute monolith controlling times.

- Each Aspect can now only control one monolith at a time. I have
not reset the loyalty of any monoliths, however, so Akumu will
still be able to keep 2 until he dies or loses control of them.

- There are now 9 monoliths in the world.

- Some monoliths have been moved. All monoliths should now be out
of range of siege defences.

- Aspects now have a new config option. The option is:
CONFIG MONOLITH WARNING ON|OFF. If this option is on, you will be
notified whenever another Aspect is attempting to take over a
monolith.

- The look of the ASPECTS command has been reformatted to make the
information it contains more clear.

- The ASPECT POWERS command has also been reformatted. Aspect power
descriptions will now be explained in individual help files for
each of the Aspect types.

- All Aspect powers are no longer affected by moon distance. They
will all work the same at all times.

- The following changes have been made to specific Aspect powers:

Life
------

- The willpower/endurance power has had its name chaged to
"Conservation". It will now decrease willpower and endurance
usage by half at all times.

- The power to travel to the Room of Life is now the second power
in the Life branch.

- The power to detect illusions now has a flat 50% chance of
success, and is now the third power in the Life branch.

- "Vision" (the power to see and interact with phased and
blackwinded people) has been renamed to "Planar Vision".

- You should now be able to use the "Resurrection" power
approximately every 30 minutes.

Change
--------

- The power to travel to the room of change is now the second
power in the Change branch.

- The room exits in the Flux Vacuos will now change approximately
every 30 minutes.

- There is now a greater chance for more rooms to appear in the Flux
Vacuos every time it changes, but the list of rooms it will choose
from is still the same.

- The power to change race has been moved to the third power in the
Change branch and has been named "Reincarnation" (so original).

- You can no longer use the Reincarnate power to change your gender.
It can only be used to change race.

- The reincarnation offered by the Aspect Reincarnation power is now
temporary. It will automatically wear off after approximately 24
hours, and you will be reverted back to your previous race.

- You can only use the Reincarnation power once every 72 hours.

- The stat scramble power has been renamed to "Modulation" and is now
the fourth power in the Change branch.

- The stat scramble has been drastically changed. It will now no longer
increase any one stat by more than one point. 33% of the time, it
will not increase the sum of all of your stats. 33% of the time, it
will increase the sum of your stats by 1, and 33% of the time, it
will decrease the sum of your stats by 1.

- The endurance and willpower cost for "Warp" has been reduced to
1/6th of your maximum endurance and willpower.

Terror
--------

- The darkness power has been removed from the Terror aspect powers.

- The "Terror Immunity" power now has a flat 40% chance to resist
terror and fear effects, and is now the first power in the Terror
branch.

- The "Terror Immunity" power will no longer cause you to
occasionally drop your wielded weapons when it protects you from
seraph panic.

- The power to travel to the Room of Terror is now the second power
in the Terror branch.

- The "Terrify" power is now the third power in the Terror branch.
It will cause recurring fear every 30-45 seconds, and will wear
off after 10 minutes, or whenever the target dies.

- The equilibrium cost for "Terrify" has been reduced, and the
mana and willpower costs have been greatly increased.

- The "Inhume" power is now the fourth power in the Terror branch.
This power may now also be targetted at another person with the
INHUME <person> command. This will afflict the target with an
"Inhumed" affliction. This affliction will last for approximately
one hour, or until the target is killed. During this duration, if
any Aspect of Terror kills the target, things like starburst
tattoos or the redemption ability will not resurrect the target.

- The fifth power in the Terror branch is now "Absorb". The Absorb
power will allow the Aspect to absorb 2% of the damage he causes
to other players to restore his/her own health.
