Wardance, Warding & Weaponry Classlead Changes

Wardance
------------

- You can now use frontflip if you are webbed or bound. Paralysis
will still stop you from flipping.

- You will now be able to bind somebody who is on the ground and
paralysed.

- Backflip will no longer avoid engage.

Warding
-----------

- Balancing should now show up properly in AB WARDING.

- Berserking's functionality has changed. Check the AB file.

- Shieldbash is now parryable.

- An additional syntax option was added for Fend. Check the AB
file.

- New ability for Rangers: 'Headbutt'.

- A room message will be shown when lockup wears off of your
target.

- Tipslash's damage has been decreased. This does affect the
amount of limb damage it does as well.

- Thrust's second attack accuracy is increased.

- Tipslash, thrust, qjab, and buttstrike now require only one
working arm.

Weaponry
------------

- You can now behead with a javelin.

- You should no longer be able to retain the parry defence
if you no longer have the ability.

- Shatter's attack will now be blocked, in its entirety, by
the shield tattoo.
