Vodun & Voice Classlead Changes

Vodun
---------

- Concussion will now do head damage instead of giving a
concussion every time it hits.

- Mangle will also do limb damage instead of giving a
level 2 limb damage every hit.

- Slow will now wear off properly.

- Besot now has a limit to how drunk it can make the target.

- Leech should now properly give experience to the leecher.

- New ability: 'Dollcurse'.

- Clarity and Bracing should now protect the target against
Vodun Command.

- Tickle will no longer work on graced people.

Voice
---------

- Briah should now work more like most other forced-movement
abilities.

- The single-target power words should now give a failure message
if your target is deaf.

- Kawis and Gyin now have shorter equilibrium costs.

- Nuarinyu and Muamte will now be more intelligent in how they
afflict.

- Arinyu will now parse partial names.

- Yoth's equilibrium cost has been decreased and the amount of time
that the target will be afflicted is slightly randomised.

- You can no longer chant Maimra while graced.
