Thespia Classlead Changes

Thespia
-----------

- Most Thespia songs will no longer require two unencumbered
legs to perform.

- Earthquake's endurance cost has been reduced.

- Requiem's functionality has been changed. Check the AB file.

- 'Throw' has been explicitly added as a viable verb for
throwing daggers. No functionality has been changed as
daggers were already coded specifically as throwing weapons.

- Bedazzlement, Dissonance, and Lulllaby will now display room
messages when they fade from their target.

- Slightly increased the chance that a songbird will sing a song
every time it "ticks".

- Fayth Deflection will now defend properly against songbirds.

- You can no longer place waymarks on the Lunar Plane.

- The Deliver ability has been removed from songbirds, as it
interferes with the ability to sing. If you still have a
songbird that has the ability to deliver, you should either
make the songbird forget it, or make sure to not use it.

- You should no longer be able to keep Thespia defences
permanently by disconnecting from Imperian before the
'quit' command resolves.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Letum, in the year 553 AD.
