Crystalism
------------------
- Retardation will now periodically wipe a random vibe.
- Sonic portals will be destroyed if embedded by/for a player with
a tuning fork.
- You can no longer portal to "In the chill grip of death".
- Spells cast through the Cataclysm vibe will now only work against
people in your local area.
- The attunement cost for Cataclysm has been decreased.

Curses
--------------
- New ability: 'Steal'.

Devotion
----------------
- New Templar ability: 'Flare'.
- New ability: 'Consumption'.
- Consecration no longer has a monthly limit.
- Consecration will now last for only 1 year.
- Rooms can only be consecrated in areas with anti-magick influence.
- Consecration now has a devotion cost.
- The mana drain for Bloodsworn has been decreased.
- The same room requirement for Bloodsworn has been removed.
- The health/mana percentage modifier for Bloodsworn has been reduced
to 60%.
- Absolution will now cure animation. It will not cure possession.
- Other people with the Devotion skill can now participate in the
Rite of Prayer.
- Fixed a math error that caused the Rite of Prayer to only give a
tiny amount of devotion.
- Damnation now causes the damned to lose two points of Constitution.
- Weapons that drain essence/attunement will no longer cause your
devotion to roll over to 0.
