11.3.3 Sect Privileges
This is the list of sect privileges and their usage. Sect leaders have access to all the privileges.
announce
  - Allows you to set an announcement visible to sect members on login
  - Usage: SECT ANNOUNCE <text>
           SECT ANNOUNCE CLEAR
bankaccounts
  - Allows you to see the bank accounts belonging to your sect and withdraw gold from them
  - Usage: SECT BANKACCOUNTS
           WITHDRAW <gold amount> <sect name>
belief
  - Allows you to see the current sect belief
  - Usage: SECT BELIEF
castout
  - Allows you to remove a disruptive player from your sect.
  - Usage: SECT CASTOUT <player>
clanlist
  - Allows you to see the list of sect-owner clans, as well as to change the leader of a sect-owned clan
  - Usage: SECT CLANLIST
           SECT ORGANIZATION <clan name> <new leader>
compose
  - Allows you to compose the SECT INFO <sect name> help file
  - Usage: SECT COMPOSE
demote
  - This privilege lets you demote a sect novice by one rank. You can only demote those of a lower rank than yourself
  - Usage: SECT DEMOTE <sect member>
enemies
  - Allows you to see the list of sect enemies.
  - Usage: SECT ENEMIES
enemy
  - Allows you to declare players as sect enemies, remove their enemy status, as well as access sect records regarding 
other players
  - Usage: SECT ENEMY <player>
           SECT UNENEMY <player>
           READPLOG <sect name> <player name>
           WRITEPLOG <sect name> <player name> <comment>
faith
  - Allows you to see how much faith you have gained within your cult or sect.
  - Usage: SECT FAITH
           CULT FAITH
favours
  - Allows you to use sect favours/highfavours like an entity.
  - CULT FAVOUR <player> <#> HOURS
  - CULT HIGHFAVOUR <player> <#> HOURS

helpedit
  - Allows you to create, edit, and remove sect help scrolls. To create a new scroll, simply edit a scroll with the desired new name.
  - Usage: SECTHELP EDIT <name>
           SECTHELP DELETE <name>
inventory
  - Allows you to see the inventory of another sect member who is currently logged in
  - Usage: SECT INVENTORY <player>
invite
  - This privilege lets you add a new player to your sect as a rank 1 member
  - Usage: SECT INVITE <player>
lastlogin
  - Allows you to see when a sect member was last online.
  - Usage: SECT LASTLOGIN <player>
library
  - Allows you to manage the sect library. Refer to HELP LIBRARY for more information.
parole
  - Allows you to lift the probation of a member on probation
  - Usage: SECT PAROLE <player>
positions
  - Allows you to see the positions within your sect, their holders, aides, and privileges.
  - Usage: SECT POSITIONS
privileges
  - Allows you to see the list of privileges that you have within your sect.
  - Usage: SECT PRIVILEGES
probation
  - Lets you place another sect member on probation, preventing them from using almost all sect privileges
  - Usage: SECT PROBATION <sect member>
promote
  - This privilege lets you promote a sect novice to the next rank. You can only promote those of a lower rank than yourself
  - Usage: SECT PROMOTE <sect member>
rankname
  - Allows you to rename sect ranks
  - Usage: SECT RANK 1-10 <new name>
readlog
  - Allows you to read the log of sect-related activity
  - Usage: READLOG <sect name> [start line] [days ago]
  - Usage: READLOG <sect name> <search string>
relics
  - Allows you to destroy relics from your sect's shrines
  - RELIC DESTROY <type> <#>
rituals
  - Allows you to exert control over rituals available to your sect
  - See HELP SECT RITUALS for more information
ritualist
  - Allows you to perform pre-defined custom rituals at the altar
  - See HELP SECT ALTAR
score
  - Allows you to show the output of the SCORE command for another sect member
  - Syntax: SECT SCORE <sect member>
shrine
  - Allows the member to build a shrine with CONSTRUCT SHRINE
  - Takes 75% belief without artifact
representative
  - The Representative privilege causes you to appear in the list of representatives on SECT INFO <sect name>
skills
  - Lets you see the skill ranks of another sect member.
  - Usage: SECT SKILLS <sect member>
structure
  - Allows you to modify the positions within your sect.
  - Usage: HELP SECT STRUCTURE explains this privilege
sts
  - Grants you access to the STS communication channel
  - Usage: STS <message>
tells
  - Allows you to use the main sect communication channel, known as "secttells"
  - Usage: SECTT|SECTTELL <message>
           STON/STOFF
temple
  - Allows to construct and alter the sect temple.
  - Usage: SECT TEMPLE lists syntaxes
title
  - Allows you to change your title, as well as the title of other sect members
  - Usage: PREFIX <sect member> <new prefix>
           SUFFIX <sect member> <new suffix>
writelog
  - Allows you to leave entries in the sect log for other members to see.
  - Usage: WRITELOG <sect name> <message>
