3.6.2 The Newbie Channel

This channel is for newbie players, their mentors and the guides. It is used to
help teach new players about the game and to answer general questions from
newbies.

A general rule for this channel is to always be polite and helpful, or you may
find yourself banned.

NEWBIE <whatever> : Say <whatever> on the newbie channel.
