13.7.1 Herbs, Plants, Salves, and what they cure.

Herbs (EAT, or sometimes SMOKE)

Fenugreek      (Applied) Protects you against those with Assassin profession.
Galingale      Cures unnatural altruistic tendencies.
Ginger         Cures gutwyrm and poisoned blood.
Hyssop         Gives blindness.
Juniper        Gives deafness.
Kelp           Cures different ailments that weaken you.
Laurel         (Smoked) Cures a number of afflictions, such as aeon or madness.
Linseed        (Smoked) Gives an aura of rebounding.
               (Eaten) Gives deathsight. 
Lovage         (Smoked) Cures a number of afflictions, such as disloyalty or slickness.
Maidenhair     Cures a number of afflictions, such as paralysis, slickness or sensitivity.
Mandrake       Cures ailments of mind.
Moonwort       Cures all afflictions at once.
Nightshade     Cures a number of afflictions, such as sunallergy or nausea.
Orphine        Cures ailments of mind.
Primrose       Gives thirdeye.
Quince         Keeps you alert and not lets you fall asleep.
Ribwort        Cures one random affliction.
Spearwort      Cures two random afflictions.
Toadstool      Restores some health and mana.
Violet         Gives insomnia.
Wormwood       Cures a number of afflictions, such as paranoia or addiction.

Elixirs (SIP)

Bitterbrew    Kills bilespreaders.
Frost         Increases your resistance to fire-based damage.
Health        Replenishes some of your health.
Immunity      Cures the deadly cyanide.
Levitation    Will make you levitate above the ground.
Mana          Replenishes some of your mana.
Speed         Increases your ability to dodge some physical attacks.
Venom         Resistance to damage from some poisons.

Salves (APPLY)
--------------
Caloric       Cure for cold-based afflictions and defence for some cold
              attacks.
Epidermal     Cure associated with outer organs, like the eyes and ears.
Mass          Prevents various forms of moving you against your will.
Mending       Cures broken or shriveled limbs as well as some other things.
Restoration   Heals damage done to body parts. (see HELP BODY PART DAMAGE)
