10.13 Changing Cities
If you wish to join a different city (council), you must first quit your current city (council) by doing QUIT <city name>. You will then have to AGREE to quit the city (council).
If you are still at a newbielevel, you may visit Cerise, the matron, to be inducted into a new city (council). Otherwise, you will have to find a ranking member in the new city (council) who can induct you.
