Hi Imperian!

As I have recovered a good amount of credits obtained from the Wheel via Tome
alts, I will be raffling them off at the end of the month.

Anyone who has purchased anything from the website this month, except
memberships, will be entered into the raffles. Memberships are excluded simply
because not everyone pays monthly for them.

There's close to 2000 credits involved in this, and I will be doing ten raffles
of 200 credits. Multiple wins will be possible.
