A gentle reminder to designers

Hello everyone!

I know it's been some time since you've seen much of me, so I would like to gently remind all designers to be polite and reasonable when dealing with problems with your designs. If you have concerns, you may DESIGN # ESCALATE <why> your own design, or message me directly. Do not - I repeat, do not - lash out at the approvers in your comments if you disagree, as this will not be tolerated.

Please be patient when dealing with waits, as our newer approvers get up to speed, and I go through whatever requires my personal attention.
