Various Changes and Bugs

- Raksha and Ethereal bands can no longer be used in enemy cities or councils.

- The poisoned whip cannot be envenomed any longer. This was an oversight making it a bit too powerful.

- Fixed some issues where LOOK IN <item> would not work properly when the item was in your inventory due to dragon smoke or other vision obscuring effects.

- Posters will now display all other posters that are linked back to it when probed.

- You will now receive a notification when someone takes a bone from your boneyard. If you're not online, it will send you a message. In both cases you are informed who has taken it.

- The entrance room for the Khandava council has been moved to "The Khandava Archway.". This is one step outside of the Khandava council. This brings it inline with other cities and councils which are set the same way. This means skills like atlas travel and pathfinding will move to this room instead.

- OPEN and CLOSE will first check items in your inventory and then items the room. Previously they did not follow the same pattern.

- CLAN now lists all available commands.

- Patchwork cloaks will give basic charge information when probed now.

- Poses on items will auto clear when you GET, DROP, or otherwise manipulate them.

- Lots of typo fixes.
