I come before you today, quite possibly the most despise person in
Kinsarmar, if not all of Aetherius. Your actions and the actions of the
Lokriens have forced me to take such a brutal and vicious action. Today,
I kidnapped Olivet Kith'Vahni.

She is the light of your lives, a hallmark if you will. She is the
sunshine that brings joy and contentment into the majority of your weary
and pathetic lives. Olivet is more of a mainstay and joy within
Kinsarmar than any citizen or Erege. As such, she is gone, to get your
attention.

You will accept and meet these demands. No negotiating, no arguing, you
will accept them.

1) The return of all Wytchen funds donated to Kinsarmar related
organizations.
2) The negotiation and formation of a new peace treaty between Kinsarmar
and Stavenn forbidding the raiding of each city. The totem agreements
shall be maintained as no wytchen or Lorekeeper shall smudge a city
totem belonging to either city-state. The clarification on the use of
cruel lament and cataclysm. And finally, the agreement that no body of
either city will interfere in presently existing wars with another body.
Examples, Stavenn vs Antioch or Kinsarmar vs the Lokriens.

She is warm, comfortable and being fed the finest foods and wines
available within our Empire. Do not be tempted that she is suffering
horribly.
