So, I'm sitting phased in Stavenn, playing a rousing game of Cat and
Blackwind when, in a sudden fit of boredom, I browse through the latest
slew of public posts. I come across Elly-what's-her-name's declaration
of War on the city of Kinsarmar and get through nearly the entire post
wondering exactly what a Lokrien (Lokrein? Lokrrin? Lokreen?) is.

I think to myself, "Perhaps it's a new Divine Order. Lokryan, Goddess of
Longwindedness (Longwindinaity?) After a bit, it becomes apparant that
we're not dealing with an immortal entity. Perhaps Lockroons are a city
organization. A minor village founded in the southern outskirts of
Antioch. Lockdinsheer, City on the Edge of the World. It actually takes
me a few posts to realize that Locksmith is a family name, though I
can't say I've really ever heard of them.

So, perhaps someone can help me out here.
My reading has uncovered Ell-whomever as a Lockdoran and Luthyr as well,
but who else is there?
