There is one small hitch in all of those posts, Rasca said himself, he
took the side of Antioch and Anhir, I'm just about positive Khandava
discussed this with him before just unenemying oodles of people to kill
him within that walls of the council. Thus giving him some warning.
Another humorous fact, What sort of Arboreal hides within a Council,
when they have a grove granting numerous protection abilities from cage,
to grove isolation, to even hiding as far north as possible in a secure
grove.

On the subject, Extermination. I was unenemied to Khandava, for
approximatly 3/4 of a month, and re-enemied. I do not remember rushing
into the council to slaughter him, nor even pondering the idea. All
exterminators were re-enemied very quickly.

And really, for a person whom has sworn protection over Anhir, there is
no place to stop protecting Anhir. "I will protect Anhir to my death!"
"But when Im going to die, I'll hide." Thats not called protection,
thats call taking advantage of an oppuratunity to kill, then sitting
behind council laws to stop attacks. I applaud Khandava for their
actions, and Rasca for his actions on stating he acts alone as to not
condemn his skills, its good to see certain people taking action for
themselves, and not requiring a large army behind them.
