To All concerned parties,

Celidon Council will not be removing any exterminators from enemy status
at this point in time. Our laws have recently been changed to reflect
harsher punishments to any who attempt to exterminate, and will be shown
to the public when everything is in order.

While Celidon Council looks in dismay at the recent events the active
ruling council of Khandava has taken, we ironically sympathize with them
as our council was once mocked and accused of betraying our ideals by
the world.

It is also to our understanding that these exterminators were
temporarily granted reprieve solely to hunt down Arboreals within
Khandava council, specifically their guildhall, without fear of
consequence for being within Khandava territory. Celidon Council,
however, will not allow Arboreals to be slaughtered and without
sanctuary.

-Celidon council welcomes all Arboreals for safety. The Arboreal's
presence is believed to be an integral part to the protection of nature
moreso than any verbal or written agreement that can be made.

Celidon Council is disappointed that a council of nature would take
indirect steps to hurt a guild dedicated to serving nature. While the
cause of conflict may be stemmed from the Arboreal Guildmaster's choices
to fight for his personal beliefs, in no shape or form, should the
conflict spread to innocent parties, that being the rest of the
Arboreals.

- Khandava, the council atop the Phoenix Crest will not turn our backs
to an organization dedicated to nature, just as you once did to our
council. Ironic how our situations are reversed.

-Celidon Council extends an invitation to the people of Khandava Council
to set a time where we can meet and discuss other alternatives against
enemies of nature, and the current situation with the war between the
Arboreal's guild and the city of Stavenn to best serve any goals that we
may still have in common.

Note: We understand that many citizens of Khandava are just as appalled
to the recent events within their council as we are, and we understand
that it wasn't supported by popular referendum, but by the choices of a
few individuals within the council.

Once again, Celidon Council welcomes the Arboreals during this crucial
time, and will aide Khandava however we possibly can.
