Anhir

Aetherius -

The citizens of Anhir are their own people, or so the Seraphic Assembly
would have you think. Upon one of my many journeys to Anhir I was
liberating a few citizens, when Lady Cimi appeared and said it was "Her"
village. The few citizens I kill beg for liberation from this oppressive
force. As their children have often resided in Imperial Stavenn in the
past, they began to hear about the wonders of freedom. The few citizens
who were not afraid to speak of their true feelings, told me that the
guards would stop them from leaving and escaping to begin life anew
elsewhere, or even departing but for water or food. So I gave them the
only freedom left.

Your warped views on the "protection" you provide to the citizens have
caused them to ask for the ultimate freedom. I have taken the fight to
the guards and the priestesses to take vengeance for the oppressed
citizenry. They are the martyrs for the future movement to overthrow
their would be protectors. They have embraced Lord Thanatos' realm to
enjoy the only freedom left to them

You have damned me, and others thinking it somehow will keep us from
opposing you. You are wrong. My damnation is the absolution I recieve to
make sure I visit Lord Thanatos' realm, and I do thank you.
