This is the last post from me on this matter. Seems like no one took the
last post I made seriously because fruit bat slayings actually increased
after I made that post. Well, I am going to effectively put an end to
that little but incredibly annoying problem here and now.

Anyone who kills a fruit bat in Celidon will be fined 2500 gold. Anyone
who attempts to kill one but fails, will be fined 1000 gold. Until this
fine is paid, the person will remain enemied to the Celidon Council.

I am going to do everything in my power to make sure it does not come to
this though, because I realize as you do, that this punishment is a tad
harsh, but this needs to stop. I will be contacting all the Novice Heads
and the Ambassadors of every city/council to help implement this.
