Greetings Aetherians,

There are a flurry of fruit bats in Celidon that are loyal to the
Council, and are not to be slain. I repeat, these bats are not to be
slain, unless of course you wish to be fined by the Council.

This is a crime committed mostly by novices, therefore the Ambassador's
clan has been notified, but we hope
every guild can notify their novices to desist from killing these bats.
