I would ask that the Orders of the world speak with a member of the
Ithaqua village or clan before erecting shrines within the Ithaqua
forest. The villagers are leery of outsiders, and are very religious. It
would be best to go slowly when dealing with such issues. A shrine is
not just a place of worship, it is also a weapon. The Ithaquans are very
nervous about the weapons of outsiders being pointed at them. Best to
negotiate before raising a shrine.
