The study of magick, and other mystical arts is one in which many people
have tried to under take. This is shown in the many versed Guilds in
this world. The Sorceror's Council will be a place for all of these
people to come together, on neutrual ground and discuss there own
knowledge of the Arcane and Mystical.

This council does not seek power, nor does it desire to meddle in the
politics of the cities. We only wish to learn, and study magick and
other mystical arts, so that we may better understand one of the largest
driving forces known to our wonderful world.
