Your attempt to coerce and blackmail us by enemying me to the Arboreal
guild constitutes an attempt by a non citizen to govern Khandava from
outside the Council. No mortal has the right to attempt such. A
referendum is posted in Khandava to determine, by -all- citizens, the
direction the Council will proceed in. Until the resolution of that
referendum, Caitlin, I hold you to be an enemy to the Council of
Khandava.

The results of the referendum will be binding. I and my brethren will
hold to the ideals we were elected for, those being the preservation and
protection of Khandava.
