Khandava is not imperialistic. Our current change in patronage reflects
a change that happened nearly 20 years gone. Khandava has been the
council of Wrath since I took office. This is merely a footnote to an
ongoing change in the spirit of the forest and her council.

Khandava will make no war against you, people of the world. Our charter
is to defend nature and our forests, our people as well by
extrapolation. And as has ever been the case we will do so with the
savagery and tenacity of the Red Wolf Herself.

Our exiled and refugees are safe from any "retribution." They are and
have been free to leave Khandava for better or brighter pastures. We do
not wish to conquer. We wish to continue to mind our trees and walk our
paths in our own time, our own way. I invite you to walk them with us.
Wrath is a fire, but fires can warm as well as burn.
