In light of recent events within Khandava, the Council of Celidon wishes
to extend our sympathies that our sister Council fell to the lies and
machinations of the now present Prophet. In regards to those seeking
citizenship to our fair Council based on these events, a simple request
is made in that those seeking such come to one of the Advisors instead
of the Ambassadors. This is purely because the decision to move from one
city to another has always been upon consultation with the Advisors, and
rather than sending the large number of people inquiring to the
Ambassadors, we prefer they go directly to the Advisors themselves.

With that in mind, we will be more than happy to welcome any that wish
to fully dedicate themselves to the Council of Celidon.
