Dagnimaer, Matty, Siscaro, Lilith, Vega, Erasmus, Leogh, Mograhn,
Catriona, Kabal, Dregaur, Nilaihah, and Galador were outcitizened by
wish of the Khandavan people. These people were said to pose a threat to
Khandava at the time of people taking rightfully back what belongs to
them, our dear Council. The free people of Khandava are currently voting
on whether or not to allow these people return to Khandava. I apologize
for any inconvenience sudden casting out might have caused to you. This
was not my sole decision, however. I merely acted as people's voice in
this matter.
