Dear Aetherius,
Henceforth, let it be known that Kinsarmars Views of Undead are as such:
Undead is a state of being wherein a corpse has been animated or
revitalized in such a way that it is no longer in a state of living. All
Undead within the walls of Kinsarmar shall be exempt from Guest status
and or protection of any sort. Any who slay the one of the walking dead
within the Walls of Kinsarmar shall be exempt of the crime of murder and
will be assumed to be performing an act of mercy and will not be held as
though they had slain a living being.

Let it be known that the laws of Kinsarmar reguarding theft have also
been Updated.

For further information reguarding these changes to our laws, please
read the Kinsarmarian Canon located just North of Jalin at the Guards
Approach.
