Silent Shop Auction

Minimum Bid:
500,000 gold

Terms and Conditions:
A 30% downpayment of the full bid must be put down upfront upon the
closing sale of the shop. The highest bidder will be notified once the
Auction has come to an end. Should the bidder fail to claim their shop
within the following six months it will then be passed on to the second
highest bidder by default. Annual payments will be permitted for full
payment of the shop after the initial downpayment. The amount and length
of time for payments is negotiable and can be discussed upon the time of
purchase.

Should the bidder fail to keep up with their annual payments, upon terms
of agreement, their shop will be reposessed, including all items
therein. The items will then be sold and all profit will be contributed
to the Celidon Council. The buyer can and will face enemy status to the
Council Proper pending full payment of the shop. No additional time will
be added.

Time:
The sale will last approximately six months and will come to a close
upon the 25th day of Ultio. All bids must have been made by that time.

Bidding:
To bid simply send a message to Sietta including your name, the amount
of your bid and a general idea of what you plan to sell in your shop.
Please also include the names of any who might have access to your
stockroom or who will be joint selling, to negate future complications.
