A minor change in Khandavan legislature which may or may not interest
you:

Undead who walk Khandava Council are welcome to stay as long as they
wish. However new law in Khandava clarifies that the crime of Murder is
one which is committed against a living being. Therefore the Undead,
while welcome, are a little less guaranteed of safety in Khandava
Council.

In defense of the dearly departed, please note that kidnapping and
assault, the two most common crimes associated with murder, are still
against the laws of Khandava, whether the victim be alive or undead.
