This is to clarify my previous posting, post number 534. Apparently,
there were some misunderstandings between the Queen Raerka and myself.
Whereas this new clan will focus on celebrating women and their
accomplishments, we will not be Amazons in their true definition. A
member of this clan is not automatically an Amazon. While Queen Raerka
has expressed her support for us, the path to becoming a true Amazon is
not within this clan. We are more than willing to support and help any
who has such a goal, but know that your quest is not over by simply
joining us. If anything at all, you have only taken the smallest first
steps in your journey to becoming an Amazon by joining us.

The Amazons of Alovyan have a distaste for men because men have started
wars which have caused death, destruction, and pain. They did not
respect the Amazon's eternal Protector, Lady Asaka. Fortunately, I have
had better experience with men than my Alovyan sisters. This new clan,
Children of the Heart, exists to support the Amazons and women from all
walks of Life. Everything that was previously stated about equality, not
being overly hostile to men, and being generally a peaceful group still
stands.

After much discussion and meditation, I have decided to open membership
to the Children of the Heart to all. Both males and females may join.
Since we exist to celebrate the miracles and joys of womanhood, any may
join our Circle. However, the only requirement for induction is a
respect for women and their goals. Failure to adhere to this one rule
will result in an immediate discharge and most likely an enemy status.
We feel that women can benefit from the support of both men and fellow
women, especially those wishing to travel the difficult path of becoming
a true Amazon.

I am truly sorry for any confusion that I may have caused. Again, if you
wish to make a donation, please contact me or simply send the gold in a
letter. I am always available to answer questions or discuss any
concerns.
