Undeath

Greetings, Citizens of Aetherius

Lately, I've noticed a trend in Aetherius. Necromancers have been
selling their services of raising people as undead. They claim it will
make you ageless, stronger and heartier. I come before you all to tell
you the truth of it.

The Necromancers wish to separate you from the Gods, to taint you with
their undeath. Yes, you may be stronger, but is it worth the price you
pay? You become rotting flesh, unnaturally animated when you should by
all rights be dead. You accept the taint of Dark Magicks into your body
for a sense of perceived power. Are you willing to trade everything you
have for something which is temporal at best?

Realize that if you choose to be undead just what sort of beliefs you
espouse. That nothing matters beyond power, that you are willing risk
your soul for something so insignificant as a bit more strength.

I encourage every guild to consider their morals, would being cut off
from the natural cycle be acceptable to most people? Is it worth the
price you pay in the long run, as your lifeless body slowly rots and the
stench forces people away from you? For the world at large, I can only
hope that is a resounding no.

Undeath is a curse that is not worth the few slight rewards it offers.
Choose wisely, Aetherius.
