Enemies of Antioch

Addressed to: Everyone

From this day forward, the Justicars shall enemy any that recieve enemy
status from Antioch. This excludes newbies, for they are considered to
pose little threat. Those already enemied to Antioch are being given
warning, and will be enemied only if they continue aggressive acts
against Antioch. This action is being taken because the Justicars are
protectors of Antioch, and any act against her is an act against the
guild.
