Terms for peace.

I see no reason to meet in Khandava, as fair Stavenn has already decided
what she will and will not accept.

We initially had many terms for Kinsarmar to accept, but in discussing
things realized that the current leadership would sooner let the city be
destroyed than accept all of them. Thus, we have two types of terms.
First I will list the non-negotiable terms, which Kinsarmar will accept
to have peace. Second, I will list the negotiable options. There will be
many of them. To have peace, Kinsarmar must choose one of them. I post
this publicly because I want all of Kinsarmar to be aware of what the
terms are, so that the city as a whole can choose what to accept.

Non-negotiable terms.

Term 1- End of attacks upon the two cities.
The people of Stavenn and Kinsarmar will no longer raid each other's
cities. This includes squatting at the gates to hinder/kill people
attempting to enter and leave the city, and animating at the gates.

1.1
If someone attacks a city, their city shall fine and disfavour them the
first time, and uncitizen them the second time. If a group attacks a
city, their city will fine and disfavour all the members of the group,
and uncitizen and enemy the leader of the group.

1.2
Third parties, such as the Vahinites aiding Kinsarmar, will also cease
attacking the cities. If they attack one city, the other shall enemy
them as proof that they do not support their actions.

1.3
Cataclysm will not be used on citizens of Stavenn from inside of
Kinsarmar, as this makes invading Kinsarmar the only way to
counterattack. Using cataclysm from inside of Kinsarmar is considered a
raid upon the city.

1.4
Cruel lament will not be used on citizens of Stavenn at all, because the
targets often run inside of a city to die and it from there becomes
impossible to fairly discern whether or not they were inside of the city
when it was initiated. Using cruel lament on Stavennites is considered
an attack upon Stavenn itself.

Term 2- Open trade.
Any of Kinsarmar's guilds who sell their goods outside of Kinsarmar must
sell at equal prices to Stavenn citizens. Economic embargos are
considered a hostile action. What few trade skills Stavenn employs will
also be fairly made available to citizens of Kinsarmar.

Term 3- Totem non-proliferation.
Kinsarmar was able to gain a significant early advantage in the war not
only because of their suprise attacks but because they had implanted
totems almost halfway from their city to Stavenn. Kinsarmar and Stavenn
will maintain city defense totems only in the city proper and their
sewer systems. No totems tuned to any organization may be implanted in
the areas immediately outside of the cities.

Term 4- Open citizenship.
Kinsarmar's guilds who allow their members to be citizens of any
city/council besides Kinsarmar must also allow their members to become
citizens of Stavenn, so that future generations will get along with and
know each other. Stavenn's guilds will make this same allowance if
Kinsarmar is willing to accept them and they begin allowing citizenship
elsewhere.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Negotiable terms.

Option 1- Gold reparations.
Kinsarmar's vicious surprise attacks and later raids upon fair Stavenn
caused well over a million gold in damages, as well as taking countless
lives. Stavenn did not expect this attack from the north at all and is
very angry. The city of Kinsarmar should pay 1 million gold to the city
of Stavenn to pay for a significant portion of the economic damages,
even though the lives lost cannot be restored.

Option 2- The end of Lokrien rule.
Morphius Lokrien claims he started the war because Stavenn was harassing
Kinsarmar. However, there are only two recorded instances of Stavennites
having extended conflicts with Kinsarmarans. These Stavennites were
Jagara and Adonis. Who where they having conflicts with? The Lokrien
family, of course. Who were the leaders of Kinsarmar that were not
notified there was going to be a war? Those who were not Lokriens.

The fact that any member of this selfish, short-sighted family remains
in power in Kinsarmar is not only a threat and an insult to Stavenn, but
a threat to world peace at large. If Kinsarmar wants peace, one path
they may take is the removal of all members of the Lokrien family from
city leadership and aide positions.

Option 3- The extradition of Anarion Reopev.
The former Khandavan, Arboreal, Noctusari, Stavennite, Saboteur,
Kinsarmaran and now Taekyon has robbed, stolen from and betrayed from
every organization in Aetherius. Kinsarmar accepted him as a 'tactician'
against Stavenn so that he could turn upon his former allies. As if all
of this was not enough, he has had the gall to insult Stavenn repeatedly
and vulgarly over the public board.

Kinsarmar has the third option, to extradite Anarion Reopev, revoking
his citizenship and branding him an enemy so that he must leave it and
face justice at the hands of fair Stavenn.

Option 4- Commodity subservience.
Kinsarmar will effectively shut down their commodities shop and give all
of their stockpiled commodities to Stavenn. They will direct their
people to use Stavenn's commodity shop for the duration of the treaty.
This will in time give gold reparations to Stavenn, though less than 1
million it will also improve the quality of life for the citizens.

Option 5- Religious conversion.
Kinsarmar will work closely with members of Lord Aesir's Order, mapping
out shrine penetration and spread in the city proper. 50% (rounded up)
of the shrine space in Kinsarmar will be renovated and replace with
shrines to Lord Aesir for the duration of the treaty. Kinsarmar will
citizen (and perhaps unenemy) three missionaries of Lord Aesir chosen by
the Council of Ephors and the Order of War. Stavenn may change who these
missionaries are at any time. The Missionaries will be given all the
rights of a Kinsarmaran citizen and will attempt to convert Kinsarmarans
to our faith.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Miscellaneous-
Stavenn suggests the rules of the treaty persist for 10 years, at which
point they may be brought up for discussion. If Kinsarmar wishes a
different time plan then Stavenn is willing to negotiate up to a certain
point. Failure to comply with the terms is of course grounds for war to
begin again.

To reiterate, Kinsarmar must accept all of the negotiable terms, and one
of the optional terms. Only then will Stavenn end the war.
